Xinjiang University Students’ Social Morality Cultivation Research

In social public life,social morality is the most basic moral norm that people should abide by.The degree of social civilization of a country depends largely on the moral accomplishment and civilization of its citizens.With the increasingly close ties between the world,the increasing comprehensive national strength,the continuous improvement of international status and the expansion of the social public sphere,the degree of social civilization in China has attracted worldwide attention.College students,as builders and successors of modern socialist cause,have received much attention in order to cultivate high-quality and high-cultural talents and strengthen the cultivation of social morality of College students.However,due to many reasons,there are still many negative phenomena in college students’ life that violate the norms of social morality.The problems in the process of cultivating social morality of college students need to be improved.As an important city in northwest frontier defense of our country,strengthening the cultivation of social morality of college students in Xinjiang can not only improve the comprehensive quality of college students in Xinjiang and build a civilized and harmonious campus environment in Xinjiang,but also implement the general goal of Xinjiang’s work and form a good social fashion and trend.It is of great strategic significance to further build a modern and harmonious country.This paper mainly consists of two parts: the introduction and the main body.The introduction includes explaining the significance of the topic selection,the research summary at home and abroad,the research methods,the research difficulties and the innovation points.The main body of the paper includes the following three aspects:Firstly,the basic concept of social morality cultivation and the significance of social morality cultivation of college students in Xinjiang are summarized.This paper introduces the meaning and content of social morality cultivation,the theoretical basis of social morality cultivation and the significance of social morality cultivation forcollege students in Xinjiang.Secondly,it analyses the current situation and the causes of the problems in the cultivation of social morality of college students in Xinjiang.The survey shows that the work of cultivating social morality of college students in Xinjiang has achieved some results,but there are also problems in the process of education,thus continuing to sort out the reasons for the problems in cultivating social morality of college students in Xinjiang.Thirdly,it puts forward the Countermeasures of cultivating social morality of college students in Xinjiang.Based on the society,universities and students themselves,this paper clarifies the goal of cultivating social morality of college students and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.First of all,we should optimize the social cultivation environment in Xinjiang.Secondly,we should strengthen the cultivation of social morality in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang.Finally,it is necessary for college students in Xinjiang to consciously improve their quality and cultivate their social morality.
