Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, our country shouldvigorously develop education career. At present, there are two types of publiceducation and private education in China, public schools and private schools arederived from the accordingly. Public school is a major form in the field of educationin China, occupies a dominant position in the education career; Supplementary formof charter schools are public schools, it not only broke the long-term monopoly inpublic school situation, reduce the financial burden, reasonable use of idle cash, toachieve efficient allocation of resources, and introducing competition mechanism intoeducation field, beneficial to the improvement of the level of overall educationenterprise in our country, so our country should be properly and correctly guide thedevelopment of private schools. However, private schools in China started late,shortcomings and so on foundation weak, the need to rely on strong means to support.Ideological and political education is an effective means of internalization, theideological and political education to private schools is one of the manynon-governmental schools implement measures. Due to many reasons, however,private schools and the ideological and political education there are many problems inthe integration process, need to be further studied and discussed.Currently in the process of ideological and political education in private schoolsin China, there are many problems in three aspects: the university ideological andpolitical education consciousness is not strong, the university ideological and politicaleducation investment insufficiency, the atmosphere of the college ideological andpolitical education is not strong; Teachers’ simple teaching methods, teaching qualityis low and the stability is poorer; Poor students strong rebellious attitude, learninginitiative. To this end, we, educators, and education intermediary from the schoolthree aspects to concrete in this paper, the causes of this problem, and mainlydiscusses the school this big, macro environment constraints. We should create a goodideological and political education environment, master certain language art, thecharm of language play, seize the opportunity, realize a qualitative leap of ideologicaland political education in private schools.Based in private schools, from private schools according to the problems existingin the ideological and political education of ideological and political education inprivate schools to study the causes of problems and effective measures should betaken, and to promote the sustainable development of private schools and private education and harmonious development. I believe that in the near future, ideologicaland political education in private schools will get a very good implementation, andachieved good results.
