Public schools have relatively poor infrastructure and a mixed source of students.but the requirements of society are relatively high, and private schools have better environments and facilities, but they charge a high fee. With the increase of social pressure, the pressure of students is gradually increasing.Because of the different management mode, teaching environment and teaching mode of public schools and private schools, students will inevitably have different degrees of learning anxiety, especially mathematical anxiety.Different degree of mathematics anxiety will have different influence on students' mathematics learning achievement.Moderate mathematics anxiety can improve students' mathematics achievement, but excessive mathematics anxiety may cause harm to students' body and mind. Therefore, the mathematical anxiety of students in public and private schools has aroused people's concern. The main purpose of this study is to explore the various manifestations of mathematical anxiety among students in public and private schools, whether there are differences in their mathematical anxiety and,if so,where they are manifested. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper will give corresponding teaching suggestions for various differences.Taking a number of public and private schools in Guangdong as an example, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the mathematical anxiety of first-time students in these schools, analyzed and processed the collected data using SPSS22.0 software, and used literature research method, questionnaire survey method, theoretical analysis method, etc. To explore the difference of mathematical anxiety between public and private school students.Through investigation, analysis and discussion, this study has obtained the following main conclusions:Overall, the overall of mathematical anxiety of students in the first grade is not very high;girls'math learning anxiety is higher than that of boys;Compared with the freshman students in private schools, the math learning anxiety of the freshman students in public schools is slightly higher, the main reason is caused by the difference between the boys; There are significant differences in mathematics learning anxiety, mathematics self-efficacy and mathematics evaluation anxiety among junior high school students in terms of gender, and there is no significant difference in mathematics learning motivation in terms of gender;Mathematics learning Anxiety and mathematical evaluation anxiety of freshman students in public schools is higher than that of students in private schools;the mathematics self-efficacy and mathematics learning motivation of the freshman students in public schools are lower than those of the private school students;Students in public and private schools, whose math learning anxiety has an impact on their math scores, presents a negatively correlated relationship, the lower the score, the greater the anxiety of mathematics learning; From the point of view of mathematical anxiety, the number of male students in the low mathematics anxiety group is much higher than that of female students, the number of boys in the middle mathematics anxiety Group is less than the number of female students,in the High Mathematics anxiety group, both boys and girls are relatively few.According to the conclusion of the study,we give some corresponding suggestions from the four angles of school, teacher, parents and freshman students,so as to reduce the mathematical anxiety of first-graders.
