Physical education teaching resources are an important part of teaching resources,which need to take the way of sustainable development to ensure the rational use of resources.The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of the allocation of physical education teaching resources in Chenzhou public and private junior middle schools,find out the shortcomings of the allocation of physical education teaching resources in Chenzhou public and private junior middle schools,and put forward the optimal allocation countermeasures combined with the actual situation,so as to promote the development of the allocation of physical education teaching resources in Chenzhou public and private junior middle schools.Taking the current situation of physical education teaching resources allocation in Chenzhou public and private junior middle schools as the research object,through the methods of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview,this paper investigates the physical education teachers and students in four public junior middle schools and four private junior middle schools in Chenzhou City,analyzes the existing problems and the factors of the problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the allocation of resources Through analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn(1)The ratio of male to female is not balanced in Chenzhou public and private junior middle school teachers.The majority of public junior middle school teachers are middle-aged teachers,and the age gradient of private junior middle school teachers is reasonable.The majority of public and private junior middle school teachers have bachelor's degree,but less graduate degree.Restrictive factors: the leadership awareness is not in place,so that the imbalance of gender ratio of physical education teachers;social development for physical education teachers' academic requirements are higher.(2)The results show that the teaching age of public junior middle school teachers is longer than that of private junior middle school teachers;the structure of professional titles of private junior middle school physical education teachers is uneven;the current situation of pre service training and in-service training of private junior middle school physical education teachers limits the development of teachers.Restricting factors: the welfare system is not perfect,the title structure is unreasonable,and the training of physical education teachers is less.(3)Chenzhou public and private junior middle schools are quite different in terms of facilities and resources.Public junior middle schools are lack of facilities and resources than private junior middle schools.Restricting factors: the high cost of the construction of school sports venues and the low investment of sports funds lead to the low satisfaction of the allocation of sports equipment.(4)Chenzhou public and private junior high school sports funding resources are insufficient,teachers' satisfaction with sports funding is not high.Restricting factors: low economic level,lack of school sports funds,opaque sports funds and low attention of leaders,less investment in school sports funds.(5)Chenzhou public and private junior high schools in the allocation of curriculum resources is not optimistic,public and private junior high schools exist in the lack of PE class hours,class occupation phenomenon is serious.Restricting factors: the school does not pay attention to the construction of physical education curriculum,there is no unified standard.(6)There are great differences in the allocation of student resources between public and private junior middle schools in Chenzhou City,and the source of private junior middle school students is widely distributed;the mode of public junior middle school students is day schooling,while the mode of private junior middle school students is boarding.Restricting factors: the guarantee of enrollment for different groups of students has not been implemented.In view of the problems found in the study,the corresponding suggestions for optimal allocation of resources are put forward(1)Public junior middle schools should pay attention to the investigation and research of teachers,regularly check and evaluate the overall situation of male and female teachers,and actively adjust and balance male and female teachers;focus on the training of young physical education teachers,and formulate training plans according to individual differences;optimize the structure of teachers in public junior middle schools;and actively encourage young physical education teachers to apply for high-level academic training or non academic training.(2)Public junior middle schools and enterprises or groups can jointly invest in the construction of stadiums and gymnasiums,and reasonably plan the stadiums and Gymnasiums in the way of co management and co operation;open the existing sports venues and stadiums with compensation to reduce the financial pressure of the school and the government;establish the school equipment management system,strengthen the training and guidance of professional personnel on the use of sports equipment;use the entrusted management system Schools with sufficient economic capacity can be entrusted with management and form a system to make use of space in their spare time.(3)Public junior middle schools should conduct in-depth research on the needs of different schools for sports teaching funds,set up teaching funds evaluation team,master the teaching rules,and make scientific calculation;private junior middle schools should supervise and analyze the school sports teaching material resources by the school financial department,and manage the funds needed from the source,so as to make more rational use of sports funds.(4)Public schools should fully open physical education,reasonably develop the curriculum resources of public junior middle schools,fully develop the school-based curriculum resources,implement the health curriculum standards,standardize the use of teaching materials,and prevent the phenomenon of class occupation.Private schools should fully open physical education,actively develop curriculum resources outside school,so that students can receive good physical education outside school,fully develop school-based curriculum resources,implement health curriculum standards,standardize the use of teaching materials,and prevent the phenomenon of class occupation.(5)Both public and private junior high schools need to ensure the enrollment of different groups of students as a whole,fully implement the principle of national compulsory education examination free admission to nearby schools,and,based on the actual situation,designate students within their own service areas for compulsory education schools.(6)The model of resource sharing between public and private junior middle schools is to develop a high-quality resource sharing app,which can share high-quality courses and sports equipment types,and teachers of public and private junior middle schools can communicate and teach each other,so as to improve the level and quality of public and private resource sharing.Private junior middle schools should strengthen the management,optimize the curriculum team,increase funding and build characteristic sports,strengthen the quality of resource sharing courses,and take the construction of quality resource sharing courses as an opportunity to realize public and private resource sharing.
