Changing with each passing day of the era, innovation spirit and creative ability is a countrythe embodiment of the comprehensive national strength, and the whole world is calling upon theinnovation talented person, it is pay great attention to the training of students’ spirit ofinnovation,so that prompted the rapid development of experiential teaching. Our country in thenew-turn basic education course reform in also advocated to change student’s way of learning, tostrengthen the innovation spirit and creative ability of the students, and the training of students’spirit of innovation and create is inseparable from the experiential teaching. So "in order toexperience for teaching, in order to experience for learning” is increasingly becoming the newdirection of development at present education.At present, many scholars in China raise the research of the experiential teaching to aclimax, the practice operator also want to try about the experiential teaching. But, in reality ofthe practice field, the experiential teaching is still at the initial stage of exploration, no system ofcombining theory with practice research achievements. For many education workers, it is achallenge definitely, because the organizers of the class teaching are teachers. From theexperience of the course reform in China and foreign also indicates that the teacher is a keyelement of the curriculum reforms. The curriculum reform must be unsuccessful withoutteacher’s participation.So, this study selected part of the first-line teachers in the curriculum reform ofexperimental zone of Benxi city, using the method of combining theoretical and empiricalresearch, the main methods is questionnaire survey, complementary with literature review andinterview method and so on. Investigates in first-line chemistry teachers’ understanding andimplementation of experiential teaching, grasps the chemistry teachers’ understanding about thenew curriculum reform and experiential teaching, the degree of experiential teaching carriedout,the difficulty encountered in the implementation of experiential teaching in class teachingand the evaluation methods about the experiential teaching and so on. Know the first-linechemistry teachers’ problem in actual experiential teaching, put forward the correspondingproposal, so that the first-line chemistry teachers can carry out the experiential teaching further.Through the analysis of the data, the implementation of the experiential teaching is notoptimistic, the following problems exist:1. Although most of the first-line chemistry teachers understand the curriculum reform related contents, but experiential teaching concept is not identified, the traditional teachingconcepts haven’t get change.2. Most first-line chemistry teachers lack of the related knowledge about the experientialteaching. They confused with the experiential teaching concept and don’t know how to operateexperiential teaching.3. Most first-line chemistry teachers still use scores as the main basis for evaluation ofstudents’, the new evaluation idea and method were not accepted by teachers.4. Most first-line chemistry teachers feel difficult in implementation of the experientialteaching, in control of the course order, students’ experience degree, the time and the degreewhen teachers involved, the experiential teaching situation or activities with the chemistryteaching content integration, these aspects are not so good master.5. Teachers to the idea of experiential teaching; Teachers’ professional quality; Theexamination system; The school teaching resources and society, schools and parents attitude, allaffected the carry out of the experiential teaching in different degree.6. Most of the chemistry teachers’ school and the competent department did not pay enoughattention to the new curriculum teachers ’ training.Finally, aiming at these problems, we put forward the corresponding proposal.First, promote the experiential teaching of the implementation of the premise is to improvethe quality of chemistry teachers.(a) change first-line chemistry teachers ideas.(b) develop first-line chemistry teachers ’ knowledge and experience in the development ofpositive teaching.Second, the key of experiential teaching of the implementation is updating the teachingevaluation concept.Third, the effective way of experiential teaching of the implementation is to strengthen thetraining of the new curriculum(a) target to develop the new course training(b) improve the new course training methodsOf course, this research still has a lot of the insufficient places, due to the limited humanresources and material resources, the researchers to the city of Benxi this area range can’tcomprehensive investigation, sample size also needs to be expanded further.
