High school entrance examination is the watershed of compulsory and non-compulsory education. With the reform of the new curriculum,high school entrance examination system plays a decisive role on the move for national transport a large number of personnel. As the current situation in higher education, high school resources are very limited, and the competition moved down to the entrance high school entrance exams, as a result, high school enrollment led to increasingly intense.The research concentrates on high school entrance examination system reform Fujian main line, based on the results of previous studies.First, sorting out the detailed reform documents about high school enrollment in recent years, and summarizing a recent high school entrance examination system reform in Fujian Province , which showed some characteristics.Second,as to the overall quality of assessment, Selecting Zhangzhou City as a case to surve the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.Then, for the above phenomena and problems of education there, the papers tries to explain the theory of education, from the value of basic education, multiple intelligence theory and education fair description of the three aspects.Then, after the depth of the high school entrance examination system, based on the theoretical problems, combined with the actual situation of Fujian Province, is proposed to further improve the high school entrance examination system recommendations.Finally, the conclusion combined with the actual distribution of educational resources in Fujian Province, to guide the basic education correctly, students overall, for the purpose of character development, further improve the high school entrance examination system reform, and pointed out that this study has yet to be perfect.
