A newly training system that focuses on post-oriented education was put forward at the military academy working conference in November, 2003. Accordingly, Chongqing Communication Institute, which has centered on the basic principles of communication and command, would change its position from the institute of offering junior certificate to that of junior post-oriented education. So, the whole staff in Chongqing Communication Institute have to explore, reform and build the following new tasks: designing of training objectives, construction of professional disciplines, curriculum construction, teaching arrangement and implementation, and teaching management and guarantee, etc. But in the process, we feel that the building of curriculum resource is a weak point in Chongqing Communication Institute. So the first and foremost important thing is to enhance the idea of curriculum and curriculum resource and to develop the curriculum resource.This thesis is based on the theory of curriculum resource, and tries to define the meaning of the post-oriented curriculum and post-oriented curriculum resource. Based on the case study of the development of curriculum resource in Chongqing Communication Institute, and combined with the characteristics of military post-oriented education, we analyses the present situation and some problems. Further more, we try to put forward some principles and strategies for developing the curriculum resource of junior military post-oriented education.In this thesis, the curriculum of military post-oriented education refers to all activities that are designed and supported by the military post-oriented education organizations, and the purpose of these actives is to promote the all-round development of the military personnel in active service. And the curriculum resource of military post-oriented education includes the entire material sources that promote the realization of curriculum purpose and that constitute the curriculum system. Development of the curriculum resource means developers try to find all factors, conditions and methods that can be used as curriculum resource to meet the curriculum objects. In the case study of the development of curriculum resource in Chongqing Communication Institute, we found that they have a weak consciousness of curriculum resource, that they don’t do their best to guide, practice and devote to the development of curriculum resource, and that they irrationally develop some of the curriculum resource. So in the thesis, we stress that the development of post-oriented education curriculum resource should centered on the feature of post-oriented education. And we put forward some specific strategies: further exploration of the original curriculum resource, training the instructors who luck the idea of developing curriculum resource, inviting the students taking part in the development of curriculum resource, paying special attention to the dynamic classroom context curriculum resource, and creating the new curriculum resource from the practice of both in and out of the classroom. In the end, we suggest that they should take advantage of the network curriculum resource. |
