The government representative of the public interest, the manager of public affairs and public power for angel effective governance crisis is an important government services provided to citizens, whether the government has a modern sense of the ability of crisis management, timely and effective response to the crisis, is an important symbol of the test of a government’s ability to govern and the level of government management.In this paper, through combing the domestic and foreign relevant safety production supervision aspects of literature, analysis of production safety, supervision, local government supervision concept of safe production, from government regulation theory, game theory, crisis management theory, PEST theory and other production safety supervision of basic theory, through the current local government of safe production supervision status, the research strategy facing the situation and challenges and the existing problems, puts forward the organizational management strategies, policies and regulations of strategies for the 8 Xiang Celve on the local government to strengthen production safety supervision, and the local government to strengthen production safety supervision, establish a long-term mechanism to give countermeasures.
