Research On The Improvement Of Public Crisis Management Ability Of Ulanqab Government

In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of public crisis events,the ability of local governments to deal with public crisis has brought more severe tests.As an important part of government work,public crisis management is very important to prevent and respond to public crisis by improving the government’s public crisis management ability.Taking Ulanqab City as an example,this thesis analyzes the practice,existing problems and causes of the local government in dealing with the public crisis,and puts forward some targeted suggestions.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and purpose of the topic,sorts out the research on the theory of public crisis at home and abroad,and explains the research content and research methods used in this thesis.The second part defines the related concepts of public crisis and the government’s ability to deal with the crisis,and introduces the public crisis management theory,crisis decision-making theory and risk management theory used in this thesis.The third part summarizes the development course of coping with public crisis of Ulanqab Municipal Government,and summarizes the performance of coping with crisis at the present stage through cases.The fourth part analyzes the problems and the causes of these problems when the government of Ulanqab deals with the crisis with the help of the case.The fifth part summarizes some foreign advanced experience of improving the government’s ability to deal with public crisis and the enlightenment that can be obtained from these experiences in China.The sixth part,according to the problems summarized above,combined with relevant theories,puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
