The Cultivation Of Civic Responsibility From The Perspective Of Micro Public Welfare

With the popularity of the Internet and the rise of various social media platform, a new kind of public welfare began to enter the sight of people and developed quickly. We call it Micro public welfare. The advent of Micro public welfare makes every ordinary people become the subject of charity. Everyone can join and enjoy it. This is a big change in the history of charity. To explore the development of Micro public welfare, citizen responsibility consciousness plays an important role in it. They are closely linked. Therefore, when the cultivation of the citizen responsibility consciousness faces sorts of trouble, we can explore the value of the Micro public welfare and seek a new path to cultivate the civic responsibility.
