The Chinese Government Responsibility In The Field Of Preschool Education

Preschool education is an important component of education institution in China. It’s the origin of the the education institution in law.It also has great influence to help infants touch and adapt to the new world, as well as to build their personalities. So it can be said preschool education has effect on the whole period of life and has the highest return for its investment. Preschool education is a kind of “Quasi-public product”, which offers incalculable economic and self value earning to the country, society, family and citizens.Right to receiving education is a primary right for each citizen. Due to 《The constitution of the people’s Republic of China》, our government has duty to guarantee it. In recent years, to develop preschool education were proposed several times in both 18 th CPC National Congress and NPC &CPPCC, which emphasizes that government must fulfill its duty in it. The develop progress of preschool education is very slow in our country. Lack of especial legislation significantly lead to correlated problems about the preschool education administrative legislation,capital input,management system,source distribution, benefits to teachers etc... All above problems stuck the development of it.This paper is mainly consisted of 4 episodes.
