Civic consciousness is the personal self-cognition about people's position in the country, it is a kind of consciousness that citizen bring out identify with country and willing to comply with social public morality, having the sense of reasonability to undertake the obligation to the country and pursue lawed-rights. Civic consciousness has plentiful content, including subject consciousness, right consciousness, obligation consciousness, legal consciousness, cognition consciousness, and so on. Civic consciousness is the important ideology foundation on the development of civic society; it has important significance on the formation of Civic society, also the important ideology of political reform under the market economic system.After 30 year's reform and open policy, we have got huge development on the civic consciousness.
