| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s market economy,the fierce collision between conflict and culture of multiple interests of the society has triggered a series of public crisis problems in our country.The government,society and citizens are facing public crisis and the major tasks of maintaining social stability.Enhancing the public crisis not only needs the correct decision and effective measures of the government,but also needs every citizen to pay.Therefore,it is necessary to foster civic responsibility in public crisis.This paper takes civic responsibility and educational countermeasures in public crisis as the viewpoint of the research,and my study is carried out from the following aspects: The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background and significance of the topic,combs the research status of related topics at home and abroad,points out the research ideas and methods,and analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The first chapter focuses on the analysis and interpretation of related theories.This part analyses the related concepts of public crisis and civil responsibility education,points out the connotation and classification of public crisis,and the connotation and characteristics of civic responsibility and education.Then the article profoundly analyses the necessity of civic responsibility education in response to the public crisis.Studies suggest that the civil responsibility education is effective means to enhance government public crisis governance,is an effective way to improve the overall quality of our citizens,at the same time is the objective need to promote social harmony and stability in our country.The second chapter analyses the reasons of lacking civil responsibility in public crisis.Through the questionnaire survey,it discusses the lack of responsibility of our citizens in public crisis,and analyzes its causes.It is pointed out that,in China’s current public crisis response,citizens in our country lack Public Crisis Education Cognition and the knowledge and ability of responding to the public crisis,and there is a lack of public crisis coping ability and the sense of responsibility and other issues.The causes of the problems from the point of view,are mainly due to the fact that government lack a correct understanding of the civil responsibility education in public crisis,mass media lack the leading of civic responsibility education and public opinion,school has the poor education in response to the public crisis responsibility and individual citizens has a negative attitude of responsibility education,and these factors are the fact that civil responsibility education has not formed extensive influence.The third chapter is the countermeasure to civil responsibility education in public crisis.We should lead the the education of civil responsibility in the public crisis in scientific guiding ideology,adhere to the guiding position of the Marx doctrine in education,lead the public by the socialist core values,and adhere to the scientific principle of civil responsibility education.On the basis of this,we should promote the innovation of education countermeasure,play the leading function of citizens responsibility education by the government in response to the public crisis,have the system advantages of citizens responsibility education by school in response to the public crisis of citizen responsibility education,act the positive role of the media in public crisis responsibility education,and encourage citizens to strengthen civic responsibility in public crisis of self education.We should integrate the government,schools,media and citizens the four aspects of strength,enhance the effectiveness of civic responsibility education in public crisis,and promote the comprehensive and scientific development of civic education. |
