A Research On The Path Of The Formation Of Ningxia College Students’ Awareness Of Law Under The Background Of Rule Of Law

The strategy of the management of state affairs under the rule of law has changed many times since China’s reform and opening up, and it was formally proposed at the 15th Party Congress, and in March 1999, as the form of the fundamental law, its position was established after the Second Session of the Ninth National People’s Congress. The party’s eighteen Fourth Plenary Session passed the "CPC Central Committee on Promoting the rule of law a number of major issues". To the country with thousands of years’ rule of man’ tradition, this kind of resolution is a declaration of advances towards a country of the rule of law, and is also an extensive and profound revolution in state governance fields. The complete implementation of the resolution will undoubtedly bring a new China. Obviously, the complete implementation of the strategy of the rule of law plays a vital importance in present China. And it is also obvious that our country has the resolution to build a socialist country ruled by law. The establishment of a law-ruled country depends on the people and on the establishment of citizens’ consciousness, especially college students’ consciousness. As a part of modern consciousness, consciousness of law does good to realize the aim of our country-to establish a law-ruled country. College students, as a part of the builders of our law-ruled country, are the main builder in the future, shoulder heavy responsibilities. the research on the present situation of college students’ law consciousness can not only improve the incoordination between college students and the law environment, but also do good to build a harmonious socialist society.This article, giving definitions of the rule of law, the awareness of law and the relevant concept scope, the content and the relations with the rule of law. This paper, based on the college students in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, will use the methods of questionnaires and present the current situation and problems of law consciousness of college students in this area, and analyze the reasons. this paper, tries to improve college students’ consciousness of law in Ningxia from various perspectives, and tries best to do some trivial things for the establishment of the law-ruled socialist country, the law-ruled socialist country, the law-ruled region and "four Ningxia".
