Mobile Internet Promotes Research On The Path Of Improving University Students’ Rule Of Law Literacy

With the universal development of mobile Internet,people’s life style has changed tremendously,and the new space of rule of law education brought by it has gradually come into people’s sight.In the white paper "China’s Network Rule of Law Construction in the New Era",it is suggested that we emphasize the mode of "Internet+Law Enforcement",improve the awareness and literacy of rule of law on the Internet,and emphasize the use of the Internet for regular education.The mobile Internet,with its unique advantages,can help college students learn legal knowledge,enhance their awareness of the rule of law,develop the habit of observing the law and increase their ability to use the law,so as to further improve their legal literacy and make them become the followers,advocates and defenders of the socialist rule of law,and respond to the call of the 20th Party Congress with practical actions.The mobile Internet and the improvement of the rule of law literacy of college students are organically combined,and the two are supplemented by each other and interlinked to give full play to the maximum benefits of the mobile Internet.The research is based on the theories of Marxism and the Communication Party of China on the improvement of the rule of law literacy of college students,and a comprehensive study on the value implication,constraints and realistic strategies of the mobile Internet to enhance the rule of law education of college students is conducted based on the documentary research method,theoretical and realistic method,deductive and inductive method and interdisciplinary research method.First of all,by sorting out the connotation and characteristics of mobile Internet,rule of law literacy,the constituents of rule of law literacy of college students and the elements of mobile Internet to push up the rule of law literacy of college students,we provide a rational basis for exploring the mobile Internet to push up the quality of rule of law literacy of college students.Secondly,the value connotation of the mobile Internet to promote university students’ rule of law literacy is studied.Then,the reasons for the problems are analyzed from four aspects:learning legal information,enhancing legal awareness,cultivating law-abiding habits and improving law-using ability.Finally,based on the value implication and constraints of mobile Internet to promote the promotion of rule of law literacy among college students,the following strategies are proposed:standardize the mobile client accounts of colleges and universities to enrich the rule of law information resources;make good use of mobile Internet interaction means to reinforce the guidance of rule of law consciousness;bring into play the new advantages of mobile Internet to strengthen the construction of rule of law network positions;innovate the presentation of Internet contents to improve the ability of college students to use law.The vigorous development of mobile Internet has given a brand-new context to improve the rule of law literacy of college students,enriched and innovated the ways and methods to improve the rule of law literacy of college students,and established a brand-new perspective to improve the rule of law literacy of college students.It can better control the initiative of mobile Internet to improve the rule of law literacy of university students,efficiently carry out the rule of law instruction of university students,strengthen the target and attractiveness of university students’ rule of law literacy improvement,to cultivate new people of the times who can bear the burden of national rejuvenation.
