Research On Classification Performance Assessment Of Public Security Bureau In Zengcheng

With the constant deepening of our domestic public security system’s administrative reform, implementing performance management is the need of pubic security organs to fit the social development and the necessary requirement of exploring the institutionalization of public security bureau team management, as well as the key measure of realizing our domestic democracy and responsibility. Public security policeman performance assessment is the evaluation process on a local public security police service and team construction, which directly reflects the masses’satisfaction on the management ability and service level of the government. In recent years, Zengcheng District Public Security Bureau has been striving to research on the scientific and high efficient team management institution all the time, adopt classification performance system and strive for the normalization, standardization and institutionalization goal of public security team. However, as a new measure of public security team management, the classification performance assessment is a new measure and the implementation process will appear false, chaos, illusions and so on.With regard to this phenomenon, this paper conducts an in-depth exploration and studies on the performance assessment of Zengcheng Distric Public Security Bureau by using literature research method, research methods, case analysis method and other methods on the basis of the working experience of the author and relevant theories on public sector management. There are all together 5 chapters:Chapter 1 includes the research background, research significance, literature review on domestic research, comments on recent developments, research ideas and research contents; Chapter 2 introduces the theoretical basis and concept definitions; Chapter 3 introduces the current assessment of our police force, according to the practical case analysis of the classification performance evaluation model of the Public Security Bureau of Zengcheng district and the actual cases of the classification performance in 2014, summarizes the classification performance evaluation of Zengcheng District Public Security Bureau’s criteria, indicators, process, subject, results and so on; Chapter 4 according to the analysis or the actual case of the unit and individual assessment of the classification performance appraisal in the last chapter, conducts the problems and reasons of the Zengcheng District Public Security Bureau’s classification performance assessment; Chapter 5 provides some principles and strategies on optimizing and solving the problems of the Zengcheng District Public Security Bureau’s classification performance assessment.
