With the rapid development of the economy,the social environment has also undergone tremendous changes,and the public security agencies have undertaken more and more security tasks,especially in Guangzhou,a very large city with a large population density,a complex social security situation,and a large number of police Far from meeting the requirements of social development,public security agencies need to recruit a large number of auxiliary police personnel to assist the civilian police in their work.The auxiliary police is funded by the government.District Y of Guangzhou City is located in the center of Guangzhou.The provincial and municipal institutions are concentrated,the security tasks are heavy,and the maintenance and stability of the power is large.The rapid expansion of the population has also increased the pressure on public security.However,the number of police officers in the Y District Public Security Branch has limited growth,and the phenomenon of aging police officers is serious,resulting in an imbalance in police force allocation and insufficient effective police force.The Y District Public Security Branch recruits a group of auxiliary policemen to the society every year.After years of construction,the auxiliary police team has continued to grow,but due to boring work,low treatment,and low social status,the auxiliary police team generally has problems such as low work enthusiasm,low work efficiency,and high turnover rate.To this end,the Public Security Branch of District Y tried to implement the performance management system for auxiliary police,and used the performance evaluation system to increase the enthusiasm of the auxiliary police.How to maintain the stability of the auxiliary police team,retain high-quality talents,and improve the work enthusiasm and efficiency of the auxiliary police are issues that the Y District Public Security Bureau has to face.This article will start from the work status of the auxiliary police of the Y District Police Bureau,analyze the current problems and causes of the performance management of the auxiliary police team of the patrol team,and build a high-quality team for the Y police auxiliary team.This article studies the performance evaluation of the auxiliary police in the Y District Bureau of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
