This research according to itself of work experience and by master of research information, using Hunan Normal University Luo Huihui since series of "grass-roots civil servants work satisfaction degrees questionnaire" used questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics of method on in Inner Mongolia area Hohhot city and baotou of 8 by civil servants units of 188 name grass-roots civil servants for has work satisfaction degrees research, meaning elements in Inner Mongolia region defines the concept of job satisfaction of junior civil servants, are various factors affecting job satisfaction of junior civil servants includes 6 dimensions:income from work, superiors and colleagues, work itself, work environment, management systems, fair promotions, in General, grass-root civil servants are satisfied with their work in Inner Mongolia, but in lower job satisfaction and fair promotion, comparison of the demographic, ethnic background, age and seniority factors, great influence on the level of job satisfaction, sex and qualifications limited impact on job satisfaction.From these results we found that the salary levels of the civil service needs to be improved, and promotion channels is relatively narrow, and not conducive to the promotion of civil servants’job satisfaction. We should be promoted from civil service pay, expand promotion channels, improve the adaptability of the civil service under the new situation, and enhance job satisfaction, as I contribute to the management of public utilities.
