The Innovation Research Of Inner-Party Inspection System Since The Party’s Eighteenth Congress

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the party governed strictly constantly deepen, inspection system and "four comprehensive" linked closely, serve comprehensive governing Party, and the further development of inspection achieved significant success. To coordinate the work of inspection, the party revised the “Provisions of the Chinese Communist Party Regarding On-Site Inspections”.The “Provisions of the Chinese Communist Party Regarding On-Site Inspections” which Promulgated On August 3, 2015,was important basic laws and regulations for standardizing the work inspection and strengthening the supervision of the Party. The work of inspection was very important for implementing the comprehensive party govern, promoting the movement to build a clean government and combat corruption, promoting the construction of the Party’s advanced nature and purity.The article was based on the spirit of the Eighteenth National Congress of the communist Party of China, the Third and Fourth plenary Session, by comparing the domestic and international, the history and the the method of systematic study. We first to study the meaning of the inspection system, theocratic foundation. Combing the development and the implementation of inspection system before The Party’s Eighteenth Congress. The article focus on the development of innovative since the Party’s Eighteenth Congress, and discuss from the innovation of system design and ways of work. Finally, we analysis the effects of implementation and practical difficulties since the Party’s Eighteenth Congress, and proposal recommendations for inspection system.The research includes four parts:First part, introduction. The main topic of this study was to discuss the foundation and significance of research, research status, ideas,main content and research methods. The second part, basic content and implementation of the inspection system before The Party’s Eighteenth Congress. Based on the analysis of the connotation of inspection system, the origin of Marxist theory of inner-party supervision, the development of inspection system before The Party’s Eighteenth Congress, To pave the way for clarify the inspection system since The Party’s Eighteenth Congress.The third part,the innovation of inspection system since The Party’s Eighteenth Congress. Firstly, this chapter analyzes the innovation of newly revised “Regulations inspection”. Secondly, we focus on the new development of inspection system since The Party’s Eighteenth Congress: innovation and methods of system design was analyzed. Finally, the implementation effects and practical difficulties of inspection since The Party’s Eighteenth Congress was analyzed. The fourth part, thinking about improve inspection System. Internal construction, external supervision, work methods was analyzed for the further development of inspection system.
