Research On Innovation-drivcn Development Strategy Of CPC Since The Eighteenth National Congress Of CPC

Over the past 30 years, China’s economic grew rapidly, along by the reform and opening-up policy, jumping to the world’s second-largest economy in 2010. But this is mainly relied on the traditional mode of economic development factor-driven and investment-driven. There are serious problems in China’s economic development, such us unbalanced problem, uncoordinated problem, unsustainable problem, serious resource and environmental pressure. At the same time, in the face of opportunities and challenges brought by the mobile Internet in age of big data, many countries around the world strengthened innovation strategy in the era after the financial crisis. For example, the United States introduced "the innovation strategy", Japanese issued "digital Japanese innovation plan" and the European Union got through the "Europe 2020 strategy", committed to become the most internationally competitive National Association. Facing the fierce international competition and domestic economic issues, in order to comply with the trend of the times and seize the initiative, the eighteenth national congress of CPC (Communist Party of China) put forward the innovation-driven development strategy. Since the innovation-driven development strategy put forward on the eighteenth national congress of CPC, General Secretary Xi Jin-ping repeatedly talked about it, the Thirteenth five year plan passed on the Fifth Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC put forward innovation as the first of five development ideas, the party’s emphasis on innovation-driven development is remarkable. Therefore, the innovation-driven development strategy of CPC is an important topic for us to study. To discuss this important strategy of overall development for our country, and to explain the innovation-driven development strategy thought of CPC, which is of great theoretical value and practical significance.The introduction part of the paper describes the reasons and significance of the research. In order to improve the inadequacies, fill the blank space of existing research, based on lessons from domestic and foreign related researches. The third chapter is the focus, the difficulty and the bright spot of this paper.The innovation-driven development strategy put forward under the guide of the socialist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics and Marxism, combined with the development of our country and background. Finally, according to the reality of our country and the relevant literature, the paper analyzes the realization. Put forward proposals from aspects of innovating thought ideas, getting rid of institutional barriers, improving system security, gathering talent and building financial support, striving to promote the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.
