With the rapid development of computer and network technology, try to use information technology to establish college student party members development management system. This system can manage the whole process of student party members development in colleges, which not only can greatly improve the work efficiency, save human resources, but also can realize transparent management. So this article is committed to building student party members development management system of Yunnan art institute of mandarin college. Using computer and network technology to guarantee the development of student party members. Make sure each process can be orderly and efficient operated. Eventually improve the quality of the student party members development in college.This paper firstly introduces the techniques used to design and implement the system. The implementation technology is emphatically analyzed.
