Research On The Innovation And Management Mechanism Of College Student Party Members From The Perspective Of Strict Rule Of The Party

In October 2016 the party held in the sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,passed the "several criteria" on the political life of the party under the new situation and Chinese "Communist Party Supervision Regulations",strengthen and standardize the political life of the party,strengthen inner-party supervision provides a new system to follow this under the new situation.In November 2017,the general secretary Xi Jinping on the new era Chinese socialism basic strategy in nineteen big reports of the party,insist on comprehensive strictly,especially to the party's political construction in the first place,and to the party ideological construction system with force,co-ordination to promote the construction of the party.Party building in Colleges and universities is an important part of the party's construction work.The quality of the party members of college students is the foundation of the party building in Colleges and universities.In the new era,we must enhance the quality of Party building in Colleges and universities in the new era of strictly administering the party.The most fundamental goal is to improve the quality of student party members and improve the education and management of Party members.Therefore,under the new situation of strict administration of the party,it is of great practical significance to study the educational management mechanism for the development of college student party members.Based on the analysis of the evolution of the party members of college students education management mechanism of history,discussed other aspects from the explanation of the theory of all-round development of Marx's party building theory,Marx's theory,and the theory of Marx Chinese of classical writers on strictly related theories in this paper,laid the theoretical foundation.On this basis,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and analysis of present Shaanxi university student Party member to develop the mechanism of educational management problems and cause analysis;then,from the update development of Party members of college students education management concepts(Scientific Outlook on Development,set up people-oriented,democratic management and the concept of reform and innovation,strengthen the development of Party members in Colleges and universities)college students(clear standards,strengthen the development of Party members party development planning guidance and strict recruiting procedure and discipline education,pay close attention to)(expanding the ranks of party activists,conscientiously do a good job of education and training,new members continue to intensify the practice of Education),promote and perfect the management mechanism(system of party life,improve the democratic evaluation system,strengthen the organization the relationship between management and service system(care)to help improve the party and Party members Six aspects,including interest expression mechanism,strengthening organizational leadership(improving working mechanism,strengthening team building and strengthening job security),and exploring the path selection of college student party members' development and education management mechanism under a strict vision.
