Research On The Quality Of College Student Party Members In The Perspective Of Comprehensively Strengthen Party Discipline

Comprehensively Strengthen Party Discipline is the major strategic blueprint based on the Marxist-Leninism’s party construction thought,It was proposed on the basis of inheriting the collective leadership experience of the party Central Committee of past dynasties and integrating the concrete realities of party construction in the new era.Comprehensively Strengthen Party Discipline requires self-inspection and vertical extension.On the one hand,we need to ensure that there is an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline.On the other hand,we should enforce party governance at the grass-roots level strictly.Party construction in universities is the concrete practice of grass-root party organization,and party members of college students are the concrete objects of party construction in universities.The quality of college student party members affects the practical effect of comprehensively administering the party.Therefore,the study on the quality of the party members of college students is an inductive paradigm of the effect of Comprehensively Enforcing Strict Party Discipline in college party construction.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature research and the combination of theory and practice to investigate the quality of college students’ party members under the background of comprehensively enforcing strict party discipline.The introduction elaborates the background and significance of the research on the quality of university student party members,and sorts out the recent developments of the quality development of university student party members at abroad and domestic.The first chapter defines the connotation of comprehensively enforcing strict party discipline and the quality of university party members and explore the relationship between them.Based on the questionnaire survey,the second chapter focuses on the status of college student party members’ quality,and then sums up the problems existing in the quality of College Students’ Party members into three aspects: the alienation of the motivation to join the party and the ambiguity of ideals and beliefs;the dilution of learning enthusiasm and the insufficient of theoretical knowledge;the emptiness of self-requirements and the lack of good models.Also,the paper systematically analyses the four factors that affect the quality of university students’ party members.The third chapter discusses the countermeasures to improve the quality of party members of college students from two key points,three stages and four levels.From the point of “Five Unifications”,the fourth chapter combines the strategy of Comprehensively Strengthen party Discipline,initiates the thinking on the quality construction of college student party members,and promotes the realization of Seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor.
