Research On Quality Engineering Constructionof University Student Party Members Based Onsystem Theory

General Secretary Xi presented ardent hopes to the young people in the party’s report on the Nineteenth National Congress.Secretary General Xi emphasized: “When a youth is born,the country is flourishing,and young people are strong in the country.The younger generation has ideals,skills and responsibility.There is a future,and there is hope for the nation.” General Secretary Xi demands that the whole party must care for and love the youth and build a stage for them to achieve the success in life.Young students are excellent elements among young people.They are the successors and builders of the development of the party and state,the backbone of the development of Party members among the young students,the cultivation of the socialist cause of Chinese characteristics and the defeat of the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is an important part of the work of the university to do a good job of the development of the party members and to ensure the quality of the development of the party members.It is also the responsibility of the higher education workers.At present,the development of college student Party members has shifted from quantity and quality to a more quality-oriented one.Many colleges and universities have made active explorations in improving the quality of student Party member development and have made gratifying achievements.However,there are still some problems that need to be resolved urgently.Under the new historical conditions,how to do a good job in the quality project of college student party members is an important issue facing higher education workers.This article comprehensively expounds the significance of the research on the quality engineering of college student party members under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and summarizes the relevant researches on the quality engineering of college student party members at home and abroad.This paper applies the theory of system theory to the research topic,puts the quality project of college student party members into the perspective of systematic thinking,analyzes and studies,and describes and demonstrates the relevant principles,concepts and method innovations.This article also consulted a large amount of literature and materials,and conducted a number of questionnaire surveys with Wuhan Polytechnic University as the research subject,and conducted one-on-one and face-to-face interviews with party workers on the front line of the grassroots level.From the angle of view,a comprehensive analysis is made of the problems existing in the development of college student party members and the causes of the problems.This article insists on a problem-oriented approach,and on the basis of conscientiously learning and understanding the socialist ideology of Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,fully uses the systematic thinking method of the five major scientific thinking methods of General Secretary Xi,and closely focuses on improving the quality of the development of college student party members,using the theory of systems theory,starting from the establishment of the four subsystems of the organization management system,institutional system,education and training system,information feedback and supervision and security system,carefully combing and analyzing the various elements associated with the above four subsystems,firmly grasp the main contradictions affecting the quality of development of college student party members in various elements are actively exploring ways and means of solving the problems,so as to exert the positive function of each factor,form a joint force for the development of quality projects for college student party members,and effectively improve the quality of the development of college student party members.The article is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is introduction.It is mainly combined with the development status of college student party members since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the research background and significance,current research status,research methods and innovations proposed are adopted.Based on this,the writing framework and ideas are established.The second part is the theory and concept description.It mainly defines related concepts such as system theory,quality engineering,the quality of college student party members,and the quality project of college student party members.Under the guidance of relevant theories,it establishes evaluation standards for the quality engineering of college student party members.The third part is the analysis of problems and causes.It is based on survey samples and face-to-face interviews with grass-roots party workers,the current situation of the development of college student party members is summarized,and problems existing in the development of college student party members are sorted out,and analyses the causes of the problems.The fourth part is the system construction and countermeasures.In the light of the existing problems,the Party construction thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping was used as the guide,and the system theory was used to construct the overall framework system of quality engineering for college students.The active role of all elements in the system,the way to form the system’s overall cooperation force and the way to ensure the quality of college students ’Party members’ development were discussed.
