| The army bases on the grassroots, the core of grass roots is the Party Branch, while self-construction is the key point of Party Branch. The construction of Party Branch at the basic level is an important part of all-round construction of CAPF.At present, although Armed Forces focus on Strengthening capability improvement & the step of advancement under the Party’s innovation theoretical guidelines, which effectively played a better role in carrying out the military task& mission, ensuring the orders well be carried out, the nature of CAPF changed nothing, all tasks around the duty service successfully completed.However, the survey found that many problems still exist in some grassroots party branches, which directly affect the development of forces, enhancement of combat power and completion of all tasks, also has an impact on the implementation of "China Dream", "Strong Army Dream".The research task is to study 15 primary party branches of some Armed Force Corps. On the basis of careful investigation & broad reading, considering the real situation, focusing on the study of actuality of the party branch construction of the Armed Police Force, deeply analyzing the problems & reasons, to discuss & seek countermeasures for the reinforcement of the CAPF party branch building in the new situation. |
