Research On The Construction Of The Organizational Power Of College Student Party Branch In The New Era

The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC clearly stated that strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations "should focus on improving organizational strength",and should make the construction of grass-roots party organizations a "strong battle base for propaganda of the party’s opinions,implementation of the party’s decisions,leading grass-roots governance,uniting the people,mobilizing the masses,promoting reform and development".2021 is the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.The history told us that the strength of grassroots party organizations was the key to effectively play the role of grassroots party organizations as battle fortresses.It was the key to effectively maintain the advanced nature and purity of the party members.The student party is an important part of it at the grass-roots level in universities or colleges.To strengthen the construction of the organizational power of College Students is the inevitable requirement to enhance the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations in the new era.It is a powerful guarantee to promote the party’s construction and ideological work in a down-to-earth way.The study used the methods of literature research,inductive analysis,investigation and research.On the basis of combing the existing academic literature,this paper clarifies the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of grass-roots party organizations and grass-roots party organizations,expounded the importance of strengthening the organization force to construct the college students’ Party branch in the new era.This study focused on the organizational strength construction of student party branches in the new period,summarized the achievements and problems since the 18 th CPC National Congress,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and thinking.The paper was divided into four parts.The first part was the introduction,which explained the background and significance,the current situation of the research at home and abroad and the research ideas and methods.Then put forward the innovation and deficiency of the research,which laid the foundation for the next research.In the second part,the basic concepts of the new era,student Party branch and grass-roots party organization were expounded.The study combed the relevant expositions of Marx,Engels and Lenin on the organizational power and the relevant expositions of the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations by the leaders of the past dynasties of the Communist Party of China.At the same time,it expounded the importance of the organizational strength construction of college students’ Party branch in the new period.The third part summarized the achievements of the construction of the organizational force of college students’ Party branch since the 18 th CPC National Congress.And also summarized and analyzed the problems faced by the construction of organizational strength of college students’ Party branch in the new period..In the fourth part,on the basis of studying the construction of the organizational strength of the college students’ Party branch,it was proposed to strengthen the construction of the organizational strength by strengthening political leadership,promoting the effective coverage of the student Party branch,highlighting the function of serving the masses,enhancing the social appeal and cohesion,building a strong Battle Fortress,and enhancing independent innovation.It is hoped that this study can enrich the research on the ability construction of grass-roots party organizations,and provide some reference for the practice of the organizational strength construction of student party branches in Colleges and universities.
