| In recent years, with the development of social welfare and the public’s growing awareness of social practice, social activities of informal organization increase in various forms and expand in different areas. To participate in social practice activities, not only improve their own quality, cultivate their social responsibility, train their social skills, but also contribute to build socialist morality and spiritual civilization, to help build a harmonious socialist society, promote the progress and development of society. Performance of social activity projects is affected by many aspects of factors, the research of influencing factors on the effect of the project implementation, contributes to carry out rational social practice, to make more efficient use of social resources, and to maximizing the effectiveness of the social activities.In this paper,300 team project funded by the C hina Youth Development Foundation Project Hope stimulate action in 2013,2014 is the main study object, to reference and draw relevant literature involving domestic and foreign research charity, community organization, and project perfor mance influencing factors and other aspects, on the basis of the team leader theory, the theory of organizational performance, organizational performance assessment and other related support theories, author identified four dimensions of influencing factors of the performance of Project Hope stimulate action: the project itself factors, management factors, staff and environmental factors, The project itself factors mainly refers to project type, project continuity, project funds sub- factors; Project management factors mainly refers to the person in charge of gender, grade, specialty and other sub- factors; Human factors refers to the number of team, professional composition sub-factors; Environmental factors refer to sc hool level, the project site, etc. In order to study and test whether these factors will significantly affect the implementation of the project, using descriptive analysis, combining with analysis of variance to process the sample data, the study concluded that project type, project continuity, the person in charge of grade and specialty, school level are key factors affecting the effect of project implementation. Ultimately provide targeted countermeasures for the development and implementation of Project Hope stimulate action: Scientific and rational finalize the project direction; Establish and improve project management, selection and training mechanism; Strengthen public projects team building; Improve college students public practice external environment.By researching influencing factors of performance of Project Hope stimulate action, the author makes efforts to enrich the research content about influencing factors of informal organization performance, as well as in order to provide a theoretical basis to improve the implementation of Project Hope stimulate action, what’s more, it provides a useful reference and assistance for the development and implementation of other types of practice. |
