Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,our country has invested more and more in public projects,and the public resources have been tilted to rural areas,including agriculture,education,infrastructure and so on.The status of public welfare in social development is increasingly prominent,which has played a huge role in promoting the stable operation of society,but also to achieve social harmony has made great contributions.However,in the development of China’s public welfare,there have been many problems,and some public welfare has not achieved its due social effects.In this study,the author took "hope village school" public welfare projects in Yangzhou as an example,put forward the village school project social assessment framework,then build the "hope village school" the evaluation system of public project,and select the relevant selection,part of the village school,head of the field evaluation,put forward the reasonable suggestion to perfect the village school public welfare project and its evaluation.Specific from the following aspects.Firstly,on the basis of related concepts and theories,the development process of China’s public welfare projects and their social evaluation is sorted out.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to design specific evaluation indicators from five aspects:construction standard,operation management,publicity and promotion,resource integration and social impact,and construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.Then,the questionnaire,interview and field observation methods were used to conduct empirical evaluation of the village old-style public welfare project.The results of the evaluation were compared,and the problems existing in the actual operation of the project were pointed out.The causes of the problems reflected in the evaluation results were analyzed in depth.Finally,on the basis of the evaluation system,specific and feasible measures are put forward to promote the implementation and development of the "Hope Village School" public welfare project and its evaluation.This study using the combination of quantitative and qualitative method,on the one hand,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the "hope village school"commonweal project evaluation system of index weight,and using questionnaire to invite the service object and their parents,social organizations,village school administrators,and volunteer groups,head of the scores of the project,and the results were analyzed,and the quantitative analysis of the project evaluation of results are obtained.On the other hand,through in-depth interviews and observations,the problems in the operation and evaluation of the village welfare project were understood,and the qualitative evaluation results were obtained.Finally,the two are compared to verify the scientific and reasonable social evaluation system of "Hope Village School" public welfare project.
