Study On The Implementation Effect Of The Project From The View Of Farmer Satisfaction

With the advent of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the main contradiction of our society at this stage is the contradiction between the people’s yearning for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.The housing problem of residents has become an important part of increasing people’s sense of happiness and acquisition.The project of making Xinjiang’s rural areas comfortable and prosperous is the first livelihood project among a series of major livelihood projects implemented in Xinjiang in recent years,which is conducive to improving the living conditions of farmers and herdsmen in rural areas,and improving their quality of life is of great significance to promoting social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang;The project of making Xinjiang’s rural areas comfortable and prosperous has been implemented for many years,so how effective is its implementation? The research on this issue can scientifically grasp the implementation effect of the project of making Xinjiang’s rural residents comfortable and prosperous,and provide a theoretical basis for the later adjustment of the policy system of the project of making Xinjiang’s rural residents comfortable and prosperous.This paper takes the project of living and enriching people in idong District,Urumqi,Xinjiang,First of all,the implementation of the project of living and enriching the people is summarized from the aspects of the application object division,the application process,the main construction method,the fund subsidy standard,the standard of building area,and the number of enriching the people completed;Secondly,based on the perspective of rural residents’ satisfaction,From the aspects of housing conditions,infrastructure,public services,living environment,location conditions,project implementation process,and community services in the project to live and enrich the people,The implementation effect of the project of living and enriching the people is analyzed;Third,the use of questionnaire data,The main factors affecting the implementation effect of the project are studied by multiple linear regression method;Fourth,to address these main influencing factors,This paper sorts out the problems existing in the implementation of the rural housing and enriching people in idong District,And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.through the research,This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the average scores of residents’ satisfaction with the seven factors of housing conditions,infrastructure,public service,living environment,location conditions,project implementation process,and community service in the project to live and enrich the people are respectively: 4.03,3.42,3.51,3.50,4.21,3.78,3.80,Among them,the average satisfaction score of housing conditions,location conditions and community services is relatively high,The average score of satisfaction with infrastructure,public services,living environment and project implementation process is relatively low;(2)The main factors affecting the implementation effect of the project to live and enrich the people are infrastructure,public services,living environment and project implementation process;(3)There are some problems in the rural housing and enrichment project in Midong District,such as the poor public services,the surrounding environment to be improved,the imperfect infrastructure facilities and the imperfect implementation process,The solution is to improve the quality of public services,improve the surrounding environment,strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the implementation process.
