The Administration Issues Of Chinese Social Ogranizations And Countermeasures

In the20thcentury, with the flourishing economy and the continuous progresses ofgovernmental comprehensive innovation, social organizations, as the powerful assistants ofgovernment management optimizes social management, promotes the economic developmentand cultural communication, helps to mobilize the enthusiasm and inspire social vitality,improves the citizens’ participation in social life orderly and accelerates the alteration ofindividuals into the civil society in the historical process. However, because of administrativetrends in the presence of social organizations produce, management, administration and otheraspects, the functions of social organizations are affected. Therefore, de-administrationbecomes a necessary to provide an ample room for developing significant functions of societyorganizations, strengthening management and innovation of social administrations, improvingthe complementary advantages of government departments, compensating effectively the"market failure" in public services and social management, and the government "absence", tobuild "shared governance" structure between the government and civil society. This paper willanalyze the issue of the administration of social organizations from the following aspects.Firstly, this thesis describes the background and purpose of this study. Then, the chapterexplains the meaning of the paper from theoretical and practical levels, which analyzes thetheoretical framework of the issue of governance in social organizations by arranging therelevant references and materials of the current situation of social organization administrativeissues of governance.Secondly, the paper identifies the concepts and features of social organization and socialorganizations of the town, combing with our country social security administration problemgoverning research related concepts, and introduces some mature theory connected with theproblem of social organization town government governance research foundation.Next, this paper introduces the necessity of social organization administrative forms andgovernance with the examples of Guangdong Province. The status quo of China’s social andorganizational issues of governance and administration in Guangdong Province are studied.Finally, the paper analyzes the theoretical groundwork and examples of the foregoingresults, and puts forward the suggestions in administrative issues of social organizationgovernance combined with the administration of Guangdong Province.
