A Study On Risk Prevention And Control Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Security Administration In S City

As a basic system to guarantee and improve people’s livelihood,safeguard social equity and promote people’s well-being,the role and significance of social insurance has become increasingly obvious.Social security risk prevention and control is related to the safety of social security funds and staff.As the most basic part of social security risk prevention and control,social security risk prevention and control has been concerned by all walks of life.Social insurance management is different from other work of social undertakings,because it has the characteristics of long operation period,huge service volume,various business types,complex operation links,huge fund flow and high requirement of information data confidentiality,so it will be affected by internal and external factors to lead to risks.In the process of social security administration,strengthening risk consciousness and strengthening problem orientation is not only the protection of social security policy in China,but also the superiority of socialist system in China.Taking the risk prevention and control work carried out by S Social Security Bureau as an example,this paper introduces the specific current situation of the management and supervision of risk prevention and control organization control,business operation control,fund financial control,information system control and internal control in S City Social Security Bureau.The main reasons of risk prevention and control in S social security agency are the backward concept of risk prevention and control,the lack of comprehensive ability and quality training,the aging of risk prevention and control process,and the poor sharing environment of big data.Taking the perspective of internal control theory and information asymmetry theory,and referring to the excellent cases of social security risk prevention and control in China,the risk prevention and control work of S Social Security Bureau should be improved from the aspects of increasing the execution of internal control system,improving the comprehensive quality management of personnel,perfecting the risk prevention and control of the whole process of business operation and strengthening the risk prevention and control of "big data" information system.
