Research On The Status Quo And Suggestions On The Social Organizations’s Involvement In Social Administration

With the further development of the reform and opening up and market economy,profound changes have taken place in social structure.Centralized community governance pattern couldn’t meet the current comunity development demands.The social management urgently needs to be changed.Gradually,with the rise of social organizations,they play an important role in community management areas such as population and employment,protection of vulnerable groups,food safety and so on,which are effective to undertake part of transferring functions of government.There are many advantages of the social organizations involved in social management.For example,they are not only close to the masses,but also standardize the market order and promote social autonomy.Although the social organizations have participated in social management in some degree,there are still many problems.The thesis focuses on the social organizations in the city.It begins from the review of domestic and foreign social organization development.Then it explains the basic concepts and categories to pave the way for the body part.Based on social organizations in Fuzhou,the thesis introduces their main participation in the social management by means of demonstration and document investigation.In the meantime,it also presents the following problems:lack of recognition of the seriousness,insufficient participation,narrow participation scope,low levels of participation,monotonous participation manner and low participation degree.The author analyses the causes of the problem from the perspective of the government,social organizations and community residents.At last,it proposes the some measures on how to improve the social organizations in Fuzhou to participate in social management.
