In recent years,more and more outstanding young people have joined the civil service,these young people have become the leading force in the civil service of our country.These young civil servants,playing a more and more important role in the management and service of the government's public affairs rely on its diversified personality and distinctive quality characteristics.This article using the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the system research method,through the theoretical study of the incentive mechanism,combining the personality characteristics of young civil servants,working out the “Youth civil servants' job satisfaction questionnaire”,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper makes a detailed empirical analysis on the job satisfaction,incentive demand and incentive status of the present youth civil servants.Then,according to the results of the analysis,the problems in their work: selfpositioning ambiguity,pressure resistance is weak,lack of team awareness and sense of responsibility and other management difficulties,Then analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism,such as the lack of incentive methods,the lack of timeliness of incentive process,and the failure of promotion and assessment incentives.Finally,on this basis,put forward the countermeasures of innovating the incentive mechanism of the youth civil servants,such as improving the promotion mechanism and wage system,give full play to authorized incentives,encourage them to be self–motivate,So as to effectively stimulate their work enthusiasm and initiative,and improve the management and service level of the government public sector.
