The institution of our country is a unique form of social organization, to the promotion ofour social and economic development, but with the gradual perfection of market economy,institutions of the existing system has been unable to meet the current development situation.In2011the State Council issued a notice, to deepen and perfect the reform of institutions,which requires the institution transition system, the public enterprises. Institution for therestructuring of enterprises is the core of improving management system. Compensationincentive as one of the core module of human resources, will become the focus of the reformof institution.The core of the paper lies in the clear at present institution salary incentive system, usingqualitative and quantitative method, put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,in order to achieve the purpose of effective motivation. In this study, the employee salaryincentive system operating public institutions as the research focus, it is divided into sixchapters, according to the study background raises issues, and the review of related researchon analysis of the current research progress for research object, combined with the relevantincentive theory as the theoretical support. Secondly, by analyzing the historical evolution andthe current incentive system reform on management of institutions, combined withquestionnaire for empirical analysis, explores the existing compensation after the reform ofenterprise incentive problems in the system. Finally, by using the theory of managementscience, economics and other tools to analyze the incentive system for the operation ofinstitutions, the existing literature reading problems and the actual situation of combining, andto perfect the institution of compensation incentive system recommendations forimprovement.The innovation of the paper is to consider to interdisciplinary influence on salaryincentive system, the management science, economics, psychology, knowledge about thesalary incentive system integration, enrich the theory of motivation system, compensation. Atthe same time, combined with the research on the actual situation of management institution,using SPSS statistical software for the institution of compensation incentive system wereanalyzed, the problems existing in the salary system, put forward suggestions to improvemore in line with the actual situation. Hope this paper can give management institution in theenterprise after the implementation of a more perfect salary incentive system to provideadvice, to strengthen staff incentive effect, and ultimately enhance the overall competitivenessof the enterprises in the market.
