| Salary-Incentive mechanism is an important part of human resources management and talents motivating system of an enterprise. As a kind of economic system, it is set up to copy with following problems:1)attracting outstanding talents for enterprises;2)motivating managers and stuff to work enthusiastically and creatively; and 3)generating economic benefit and improving managerial expertise.The reform of salary-incentive mechanism of Chinese banking is a matter of practical or immediately significance. On the basis of fundamental theory and designing principles of salary-incentive mechanism, the article will analyze the resent situation and problems of the salary-incentive mechanism of Chinese banking, it points out that: the reform of salary-incentive mechanism is comparatively lagged and lacks scientific consideration and market regulation, which has causes the outflow of talents, vigourless operation and unsatisfied strength of Chinese banks and talent strategic management.
