With the Rapid development of market economy level in our country,increasinglyspecialized social division of labor, all kinds of market main body are springing up. aswell as the national tax system reform deepening, the tax system of civil servants arefacing the tax collection and management of increasingly heavy and complicated workpressure. At the same time, the family shape of industrialization and informationizationbringing great changes, the value orientation makes modern civil servants work hard tocoordinate, work family conflict problem growing urgent. Civil servants in tax systemhave to play the dual role of government employees and family members.So,how tobalance and coordinate the relationship between the work responsibilities and familyroles, not only influences the development of civil servant’s personal career andhappiness of family life, and the national tax collection and management worksmoothly.Therefore,this article combined with the work of the particularity of the taxsystem of civil servants, the system to study the basic situation of work family conflict,in-depth analysis the influence factors of affect civil servants work family conflict andthe mechanism of action, and then puts forward Suggestions for the balance workfamily conflict path, in order to Yancheng city and other system of civil servantstargeted relief work family conflict to provide reference for reference and enlightenment,become the starting point and the foothold of this study.First of all, this article is based on the particularity of the tax system of civilservants working Angle, the literature at home and abroad were reviewed and theliterature review and reviewed in this paper, based on this research, the scope of thework family conflict research status at home and abroad, the influence factors of workfamily conflict theory review and comb, and introduced and reviewed in this paper thework family conflict leads to a series of negative effects, concluded that balance theurgency of the tax system of civil servants work family conflict.
