| In recent years, the proportion of female civil servants in the grass-roots government at the county level and below has been rising.Female civil servants, especially young female civil servants under 35,are undertaking more important work, with higher work intensity, which is also a critical period of career development. At the same time, under the influence of the national fertility policy and all aspects of society, they are also faced with greater fertility needs, and most people choose to marry and have children at this stage.According to the theory of work family conflict, the aggravation of women’s family role responsibility will lead to resource conflict, role conflict and behavior conflict between work and family. The uncoordinated conflict will lead to the increase of occupational stress. In this paper, the female civil servants of "post-85" in G District of Guigang City are selected as the research object.By using the methods of questionnaire survey and case interview,130 questionnaires are distributed to the "post-85" civil servants in G District, and 7 cases are selected for interview to investigate their occupational stress status. The "reproductive behavior" was used as a variable to measure work family conflict, and the "sense of stress"and "physiological symptoms of stress" were used to measure occupational stress. After the scale evaluation,it is concluded that: among the respondents, the work pressure of women is higher than that of men,and the work pressure of women with childbearing is higher than that of women without childbearing. From the perspective of work family conflict, this paper argues that the main reasons for the increase of occupational stress of young female civil servants in G district are resource conflict, role conflict and behavior conflict between family and work.Combined with theory and practice, this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the conflict of resources, roles and behaviors from three aspects of individual, organization and environment,so as to alleviate the occupational pressure of young female civil servants at the grass-roots level and realize the balance between work and family of young female civil servants at the grass-roots level. |
