With the proposal of the strategy of reinvigorating the country through human resources,human resources have become the first resource to lead the economic and social development.As the main body of the government to implement administrative management and provide public services,grassroots civil servants are also important political human resources.In recent years,with the functions of the government reform,government departments and the staff responsibility is getting heavier and heavier,demand is higher and higher,and there are frequent supervision appraisal and formalism burden,promotion channels,low salary,narrow face time is tight,work more grass-roots civil servants,high requirement and high pressure such as challenges,work overtime to become the norm,cause they are not able to juggle work and family,Conflicts and contradictions not only affect work efficiency and enthusiasm,reduce life satisfaction,but also bring many difficulties for the government to stabilize the civil service,reform the administrative system,and serve local economic and social development.In order to help the grass-roots government reduce the conflict between work and family of civil servants,this thesis focuses on the grassroots civil servants in LJ district,uses qualitative research and quantitative research methods,interviews 6 resigned civil servants,conducts a questionnaire survey on 187 civil servants,and analyzes the relevant data.The results show that the interference of grass-roots civil servants’ work to family is more serious than that of family to work,and there are significant differences in gender,age,post level and other statistical variables.In addition,the results of the correlation study showed that work-family conflict positively affected turnover intention,organizational support moderated the interference between work and family,and superior support moderated the interference between family and work.Based on the above conclusions,this thesis analyzes the current situation and causes of work-family conflict one by one,and puts forward suggestions to alleviate work-family conflict according to the analysis results.
