Nowadays, China is gradually moving towards the international world more and more foreigners on Chinese had a keen interest, have entered the road to learning Chinese. Among them, the students studying in China is a learning team have an advantage, they are in mainland China, not only learned in the classroom to the most authentic, the most comprehensive Chinese language and cultural knowledge, and be able to feel the Chinese language and culture outside the classroom environment,learning to use language law. For this situation, and after a detailed analysis of the natural law and understanding, this paper argues out of the classroom, make full use of the target language environment, the use of social resources repository in this locale, students will achieve comprehensible input information, extra-curricular nature of language environment decrease students affective filter barrier to help natural acquisition of Chinese students. Firstly, from the perspective of second language learning the importance of communicative competence of Chinese culture, it affirmed the superiority of the current classroom teaching, noting that real classroom teaching can not provide the specific language of communication environment of shortcomings and deficiencies, and further proposed to carry out effective the importance of the target language extracurricular Chinese learning environment, urgency and feasibility.On this basis, the author of questionnaires and interviews with a combination of three university students in Xinjiang launched a Chinese extracurricular learning situation investigation, analysis and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of their current situation. Finally, we learn English in China in extra-curricular learning experiences, combined to stimulate students’ interest in Chinese language teaching itself obtained, and promote active student learning Chinese Enlightenment, specific and puts forward some feasible strong purpose effective extracurricular Chinese learning method language environment. These strategies and methods designed to provide some constructive opinions and suggestions for the college studentsextracurricular learning Chinese, I hope to Xinjiang students to accept the guidance of teachers and schools, increase the utilization of the surrounding environment, and improve their Chinese level.
