| In recent years, as a new rising industry, the cultural industry has been promoted to a new height. Various types of support policies has been made at national level, but also the local governments regard development of cultural industry as an important carrier to developing the mass culture. Cultural industry plays more and more important role in promoting economic development and enriching spiritual and cultural life. But the way of leading cultural industry development prominent more and more problems, which brings disadvantage to the cultural industry operations. Based on the case of the cultural industry of ’town for Taiji’ in XX Street, this paper uses the theory of project management to analyze the project development and operation mode of the cultural industry, and provides some references for the development of cultural industry in the future.This paper is divided into five chapters. Firstly, the background and significance of this study, the research status of the cultural industry in China and abroad, the research contents of this paper are described. Through the concept of project management, this paper puts forward the basic steps of the research of project operation mode, which provides a theoretical basis for the full text.Secondly, the paper introduces the development of the cultural industry of ’town for Taiji’ in XX Street, and analyzes the status and existing problems of the industry. Through the analysis, the paper has a comprehensive understanding of the ’town for Taiji’ cultural industry project in XX Street.Finally, according to the actual situation and problems of the cultural industry of ’town for Taiji’in XX Street, this paper provides the detailed measures of project operation mode, benefit analysis, risk analysis and continuous improvement, which is to ensure the operational optimization of the cultural industry project, and also to provide a reference for other cultural industries. |
