For different professions,their career happiness index is also different due to their professional characteristics.In terms of the teachers’ group,there are some differences in the happiness index of teachers in different regions,and many professional scholars in China have carried out in-depth researches.In terms of geography,most scholars have focused on the eastern region.In terms of subject,the study of middle school English teachers’ happiness also is less,therefore,the author will take several English teachers of middle school of Zhengzhou city as research object,based on the methods of interview,questionnaire investigation,literature search,and then makes an empirical analysis of relevant data,and found that the overall situation of middle school English teachers’ happiness,Zhengzhou city,and found that there are problems which finally puts forward some countermeasures.The first part is the introduction,in this part,the author will focus on the topic significance,foreign literature review,and briefly describe the relevant concepts,and the innovation points of this topic.The second part will investigate the happiness of the English teachers in Zhengzhou middle school,survey the way of the survey,and then the questionnaire will be analyzed empirically.The research points out the mental health status of English teachers in Zhengzhou middle school,and puts forward some positive influences on teachers’ physical and mental health and subject development.Of Zhengzhou city,the research results show that the middle school English teachers better overall well-being,but teachers and teachers,happiness index has a larger gap between the main influencing factors of record of formal schooling,job title,duties,etc.,the higher the degree of teachers,the lower the happiness;The higher the title,the higher the happiness;Teachers who take certain responsibilities tend to have higher levels of happiness than those with less responsibility,and generally show the "U" trend.In addition,school is also an important factor affecting teachers’ happiness,and the level of school and the happiness of teachers are positively correlated.The distance from the city centre was negatively correlated with teachers’ happiness.The third part is countermeasure and the suggestion,for the above research results,analyzed in detail in this part,the author on the basis of investigation and research,from teachers,school,society,subject four aspects,put forward the related countermeasures to increase teachers’ sense of happiness.The fourth part is the conclusion part,the whole text and the improvement of the article.
