The Study On Chinese Acquisition And Usage Of Minority Nationality Cadres From The Villiages In Huocheng

Language is the most important communication tools of human. Xinjiang is a big family with multi-ethnic, multilingual and multi-culture. So we need to learn each other’s language and deepen the understanding, culture, communicate with each other.Township minority cadres are tend to know the features,the wishes and the requirements of the local nation.Besides, they thoroughly understand the native language and they are familiar with this nation’s history culture, lifestyle, customs and religious belief. Furthermore they have a deep connection with the native people. So, being the communication bridge between the country and the minority ethnic group, they are shouldering the heavy burden of promoting society’s harmonious and stable development. The Chinese level of township minority cadres is directly related to the implementation of the party and state policies. This paper makes an investigation about the utilization situation of Chinese on township minority cadres from Huocheng aiming to understand and command the usage of Chinese and rules. Then, this paper analyzes the existing problems and put forward corresponding solutions according to the study results. Hopefully, the analysis provides a new reference to the trailing of minority cadres and making and planning of China’ s language policy.This paper makes field visit investigation of township minority cadres’ utilization of Chinese in Huocheng on the related theory and research method of social linguistics.And this paper analyzes the present situation of the use of Chinese, the features and the factors of the usage, and their attitude towards Chinese according to the material from this survey.This paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter is about introduction, mainly elaborates the research basis significance,research objects, purpose, research overview and research methods at home and abroad.In the second chapter, this paper description the social and language background from its geographical location, population structure and minority distribution.In the third chapter, firstly, this paper makes a deep illustration about the township minority cadres in their gender, age, races, types of schooling education level, Chinese acquisition and their methods of acquisition. Thirdly, this paper deeply analyzed the current situation of using Chinese among township minority cadres. In the and, this paper depicts their attitude from their cognition of using Chinese and their behavior.In the fourth chapter, the influencing factors to the usage of Chinese among township minority cadres are analyzed from their language learning environment and their attitude towards learning Chinese.In the fifth chapter, it is concluded that the training is the best way to improve the cadres’ Chinese level.The sixth chapter, summarizes the full paper on the basis of the results from the investigation and study, and points out research deficiencies.It is concluded that minority township cadres in Huocheng use Chinese generally attitude to learning and using Chinese.It have high frequency of using Chinese both in their daily life and various media. Mingkaohan minority cadres’ have a good command of Chinese than Mingkaoming minority cadres. So Mingkaohan cadres are tend to use Chinese frequently than Mingkaoming cadres in various situations and media. The main influence elements are family environment, working environment, language contact and the contradiction between work and study. Their language ability and attitude also affecting minority township cadres’ to learn and use Chinese to some extent.
