A Study On The Use Of Minority Languages Of Township Han Cadres From The Huocheng County

This paper comprehensively investigates the use of minority languages of township Han cadres from the Huocheng County under the guidance in social linguistics theory and the scientific research method. During this investigation, this paper comprehends various aspects of Han cadres from Huocheng County, including their learning situation, mastering and usage of minority language and also their attitude towards minority language. Besides, this paper also studies those aspects specialty on the basis of the thorough comprehension, and finds out existing problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Hopefully, this paper can provide Han cadres of Huocheng County with case study in the usage of minority language and enrich the research contents of social linguistics to some extent. Meanwhile, certain reference and gist are given to formulate the bilingual learning plan and language policy for relevant government departments in a practical way.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. In this chapter, the background and reasons, the purpose and significance of the research, research methods and processes, related concepts and research hypothesis are instructed. Research materials about the usage of language both at home and abroad are analyzed. The second chapter investigates and analyzes minority language usage of township Han cadres from the Huocheng County through questionnaire method. Firstly, an instruction about questionnaire, survey spot condition and sample survey is given. Then, this paper studies the mastery and acquisition of the minority language of the sample after it has been systematically analyzed the survey data that this paper got. The third chapter mainly analyses the minority languages usage of township Han cadres from the Huocheng County, including the differences in minority languages mastery and minority languages usage in different occasions. The fourth chapter mainly studies the attitude towards minority language of township Han cadres from the Huocheng County including the evaluation and recognition to minority languages, learning intention, behavior and other aspects. The fifth chapter: the content of this paper is summarized, and some suggestions are given according to the difficulty that township Han cadres from the Huocheng County encountered in the process of learning minority language.
