Research On The Image Of Village Cadres In Novels About Rural Reform Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the rise of local literature in the early 1920 s,the countryside has become the object of writers’ struggle to write,the fate of farmers has become the focus of writers’ concern,and the image of village cadres closely related to farmers’ life has become an important element of novels about rural reform.Therefore,the research on the image of village cadres has not only literary value,but also practical significance.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter divides the image of village cadres into conservative type,radical type and guard type from the perspective of political economy.In the early stage of reform and opening up,village cadres who came from the old era could not adapt to the development and changes of the new era,so they stood on the opposite side of the reform.In the period of reform and opening up,whether the economic development can be promoted or not has become an important index to investigate the village cadres.Under the dual combination of power and capital,the village cadres often lead to the distortion and alienation of human nature and the deterioration of rural political ecology.In the deepening period of reform and opening up,facing the problems of rural decline and the weakening function of some village cadres,the writers assume the important task of rejuvenating the countryside by shaping the image of new village cadres.The second chapter mainly discusses the deep spiritual structure of the image of village cadres.In the early days of reform and opening up,the inherent evil and depravity of village cadres reduced them to thestumbling block of reform and opening up.In the period of reform and opening up,the able people and the rich people in the village,under the influence of the idea of "official standard",strive to pursue power,and the human desire for life is expanding in this period.In the deepening period of reform and opening up,the cruel reality of the gradual decline of the countryside makes the village cadres fall into spiritual confusion,and some of them have become the mainstay of the construction of the countryside under the support of ideal sentiment.The third chapter mainly analyzes the artistic characteristics of the image building of village cadres,from the realistic writing method,fable writing and idealistic aesthetic style three aspects are discussed.
