Village cadres corruption is widespread in a serious social problem, and has attracted many of the internally the attention of scholars and researchers. This paper is based on the existing related research, And is trying to introduce the unique perspective of public ethics, to explore the corruption problem of village cadres. The main contents of the thesis include:firstly, taking Changshan County as an example, in recent years the judicial investigation of the village cadres and corruption cases study sample, dialysis village cardes and corruption of the status quo, and revealed the characteristics, and to analyze the resulting negative social impact; secondly, based on a common ethical theory, respectively, from a subjective and objective two perspectives for village cadres and the causes of corruption in an in-depth and detailed study. Third, using the relevant theories of public ethics, study the current village cadres should have a public ethics and moral values, and to propose a possible public ethical values standard, the initial build a new village cadres and public ethics. Finally, to draw on public ethics of the ideological essence, preliminary prevention village cadres effective path.The paper presented by the above aspects of the exploration, as well as to promote village cadres to foster the good of public morality and ethics select to contain more evil tendencies, provide value standard and practical model for the village cadres of the moral education and training.
