In the year of 1234, The Mongol and Song jointly beated the Jin Dynasty. After the war,the army of two sides turned into rest period. But the Song Emperor and his ministers, who should take a rest, were fully immersed in the joy of the demise of Jin Dynasty, and want to recapture the former imperial capitals of Kaifeng, Luoyang, and Chang’an during the temporary peaceful period. The alliance was broken.In the July of 1234, two armies of Song jointed forces in Luoyang, called in the history as the "Duan Ping Ru Luo". But the army was attacked by the Mongolian army, even worse, Song army was lack of supplies, so they failed the war and evacuated from Luoyang."Duanpingruluo"became the excuse and blasting fuse of The War of Mongolia-Song. The war is imminent.In the year of 1235, the Ogedei Qayan started the amassive invasion to Song. He commanded Kocu, his sons, leading the army crusaded Song. For the whole five years, they crusade Jingxiang in 1235-1236, after occupied Xiangyang, they curusade Jiangling in 1236, then they crusade Lianghuai in 1237-1238, and they return in triumphuntil the winter of 1238.The core part of this article is that Kocu crusade Song and the main general search, this part expound and research the main battle from 1235 to 1238 and the general life and deeds of Mongolia army.This crusade unzipped the war of Mongolia-Song. Mongolian Army push the War into the territory of the Song Dynasty, probe and observe Song’s army, understand the foreign policy, Song’s army fighting force and equipment, geographical environment in the Song Dynasty, making an important preparation for the extinct war of Song in Kubilai Qan, Mongke Qan time. Therefore, we must pay attention to the status of Ogedei Qan’s war during the war in the Mongolian and Song.
