In the non-target language environment, the Foreign Chinese Language teaching session is the most basic and direct way for the learner of Chinese, in the conventional Elementary Chinese Comprehensive Classroom teaching, some scientific teaching theories always can not be combined well with teaching methods. However, the instructional design would play an important role between teaching theory and class practice. Moreover, it supplies flexible teaching methods to improve teaching efficiency and quality of the Chinese. As a result, it could achieve the teaching goal which enable students communicating via Chinese for real. Instructional Design would guide the direction of the entire classroom teaching process like a compass.This paper based on the Target classification theory of BenjaminS.Bloom,and also concertrate the connotation about linguistics, second language acquisition theory, pedagogy, psychology and intercultural communication and other disciplines. What is more, this paper reference the practical teaching experience of the author who as a Chinese teacher in Mongolia and select "New Practical Chinese Reader",Volume II, Lesson 21 as the teaching content. Proposing a targeted comprehensive Teaching design process and specific programs for those two-year Chinese learners in Mongolia. From the classroom teaching effectiveness and results view, this paper fully embodies the advantages of instructional design theory by practical aspects.This paper is divided into four parts,The first part, Introduction. Announcing the motives and meaning of the topic; clarifying the scope of the study of the instructional design, teaching objects, teaching guiding ideology and the purpose to be achieved.The second part, the foundation of Foreign Chinese Teaching design. This part systematically introduces the theoretical basis and practical basis for Teaching Chinese design.The third part, the main design part of <Our players came from different countries>. This part is the core of this paper which including the following branches: Firstly, the pre-analysis about teaching objectives, teaching content and materials before class; secondly, the studying in terms of teaching order, teaching organization, Teaching media, class structure, teaching strategies; thirdly, the specific design of vocabulary, text, language and culture teaching and related theoretical basis; Last, the assessment and summative evaluation about instructional design projects formative.The last part, summary. The full text of the objective of the summary, pointing out the innovations and shortcomings of this paper.
