On the basis of the academic circles about the achievements of Christian Studies, this paper takes the Christian social activities in Guizhou from 1877 to 1949 as an example. This paper is mainly about modern Christianity spread in Guizhou, all kinds of educational activities, and the social impact of Christian charity activities. This paper argues that main reasons for the success of Christianity’s in Guizhou mainly are they marginalized, political and cultural structure of alienation from the mainstream system, and their inherent political demands long-term lack of normal expression. Finally, the long backlog of ethnic Hmong subconscious awakenings led to mass conversion. Christian charity activities in Guizhou make modern Western philosophy been introduced into Guizhou, and made the concept of "Humanism" change to the "populism". This suggests a trend of modernization, and this thing shows that the minority nationalities in the remote mountainous areas of Guizhou have also experienced the process of modernity.This study has some practical significance to backward rural areas in Guizhou relief and development. Christianity believes that the western culture is superior to other cultures, the spread of Christianity in China with the colonial background color, so we should objectively analyze its role and impact.
