As we all know, vocabulary teaching is an important aspect of second language acquisition and throughout the period of the beginning and the end. The vocabulary teaching research with respect to speech and grammar seems a bit weak. In all of the vocabulary teaching problems, confused words in foreign language teaching has been important and difficult. In this paper, the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis combined with statistical methods to determine the 30 pairs in the target word, put in the form of the confused words are divided into four categories, by means of dynamic composition corpus in Beijing Language and Culture University. Then collocations and bias from the perspective of confusing words starting on individually analyzed. Confusing Words bias except by Chinese characters, meaning other causes, but also by the negative transfer of mother tongue, the factors affecting students themselves and the factors of teaching. This article focuses on the perspective of interlanguage, all the examples used are from the intermediary corpus, We can understand the confused words in second language acquisition by this point, analyze the reasons for confusion and propose appropriate teaching strategies. But the corpus from the static aspects of the case study is not fully reflect the students produce confusing situation, so there is a certain one-sidedness, but also the inadequacies of the text.
