| Waiqi is a kind of special politic force that has duel relation with the emperor, they are relative of the king as well the officials. Waiqi politic is a prevalent phenomenon in feudal society which exists in every dynasty. The Waiqi politic is borne in Qing Dynasty of Warring States and became mature in the West Han Dynasty. From learning to participate to become master of politic fair, the Waiqi in West Han Dynasty has an evaluation history. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts to state the development of Waiqi politics in West Han Dynasty. Chapter One aims to divide the Waiqi Politics development and makes general conclusion of its developing path; Chapter Two mainly describe the change of Waiqi in power and status from different stage, from military general leading the army to war and conquer thoroughly which seldom take part in politic, to gradually play important part in politic center with growing power and higher status, the reason of awarding title nobility is also changed from by making remarkable contribution to by the bounties bestowed from emperor;Chapter Three discuss the variation of influence from Waiqi Politics toward West Han Dynasty, that is to say the stage of initially take part in politics with military influence has develop to the stage of expert in politics with politic impact;Chapter Four majorly indicate the collectivization phenomenon of Waiqi, after the interim stage of West Han Dynasty, more and more officials choose to attach to depend on Waiqi out of pursue of power in situation that the Waiqi force in growth and king’s power in decline. Gradually the interest group lead by Waiqi is formed which is unique in the West Han Dynasty.To take a general view of West Han Dynasty, the Waiqi has a evaluation history from being attached to Emperor to controlling the king’s power. Meanwhile, Waiqi always plays important role and have influence to West Han Dynasty in the two-hundred-year development. |
